I recently had a cold and found Yogi Breath Deep tea to be comforting. What teas or supplements do you take to relieve your symptoms?

Never heard about Yogi Breath Deep tea. I drink natural tea to help relieve cold symptoms. Its a kind of old fashioned remedy but effective indeed.

For cold & flu prevention, I take Immunity Take Care Elderberry lozegers daily. There is an informative article called Protect Yourself from Cold & Flu Viruses Naturally with Elderberry Extract that explains how Elderberry can block envelope viruses from replicating in the body.

To treat actual cold & flu symptoms, I take SuperCritical Sinus & Respiratory (Sinus Take Care) by New Chapter. It contains over 14 immune herbs to fight off cold & flu and reduce and eliminate the symptoms naturally.

It is hard to say as there is not a one size fit all seeing that our immune system can be at different peak. However, I normally take a golden seal capsule or preferably a cup of warm golden seal tea with a Vitamin C capsule or tablet. Then I keep warm and I drink 8 ounces of purified/ozonated water every 15 minutes over a 1 hour period. This helps to flush my system along with the Golden Seal tea and Vitamin C.

I have found the YinChiao formula to be great if you catch the cold or flu when it first starts, or Ganmaoling once you already have it. The yinchiao works great at preventing the illness from taking hold and they both help you get over it faster. Lung Clear and Loquat Syrup are also wonderful. I get a lot of Phlegm buildup in my throat after eating ever since I went through chemotherapy and with cold symptoms, than I cough until I am sick. The loquat really is great for coughs and my kids love it too! I don't go anywhere anymore without the Lung clear lozenges because I can pop what in my mouth at the first sign of trouble and it works within a minute or less (they also do not have a medicine taste and are quite pleasant tasting). Located at www.eastearthtrade.com or 1-800-258-6878 (also a licensed herbalist/acupuncturist on hand who can answer any questions), they have been extremely helpful to my family!
